How does this work?
One simple step to get started and talk with our Care Coordinator
Step 2
Our Care Coordinator will reach out to you within 48 hours to design your Lotus Care Employee Program. Benefit pricing is tiered and is based on the selection of services and your number of employees.
Step 3
The 90-day trial program will begin with an employee survey to measure overall stress, any pain, job satisfaction and overall well-being. Once the survey is received, the employee will have 90-days of access to the self-care options designated in the employee care program for FREE and/or at the reduced rate in the contract.
Step 4
After the 90-day trial program, we will survey the employees again to evaluate participation, rate the services and measure the benefits received from the program.
Step 5
After examining the results of the survey, the employer can change, add to or dismiss the program. Upon continuation of the Lotus Care Employee Program, 6-, 12- and 24-month contracts would be available at this time.
